Absentee Voting: Absentee voters can request a ballot be mailed to them up to 5:00pm the Friday before the election.

Absentee Voting: Absentee voters can request a ballot up to 4:00pm the Monday before the election. If you request the ballot the day before the election, you must vote the ballot in the Clerk’s office.

The City Clerk’s Office will be open at designated times on the Saturday and/or Sunday before each election, for absentee voting.

Absentee voters can obtain a ballot, to be voted at the City Clerk’s Office, until 4:00 pm on the Monday, before the election.

The polls are open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm on Election Day.  If you are unsure of your precinct or voter registration status, use the Michigan.gov/vote link below or click here to view a precinct map. If you need additional information, please call the City Clerk’s Office at 329-7121.

Election Inspectors (to work at the polls) are needed for all elections.  If you are interested in serving in this capacity, please complete an application (Election Inspector Application) and return it to the City Clerk’s Office, 547 N. Carney Drive, St. Clair MI 48079.
