In accordance with Section 125.3841 of Public Act 33 of 2008 (Michigan Planning Enabling Act), the updated City of St. Clair Master Plan is being made available for your review and comment. The Planning Enabling Act provides surrounding communities and other respondents 63 days to review and provide comments on the plan. The 63-day review period will expire on December 28, 2020. Any response before that date would be appreciated. If this online version of the draft document is insufficient for review, a printed copy can be provided upon request.
