When the new curb and gutter and your new driveway approach is poured you will not have access to your driveway and will have to find an alternate location to park. If you are handicapped, please contact Stephen Pangori (586) 726-1234 so that special arrangements can be made. There will be no interruption of emergency services at any time during construction.

Regular work hours during construction will be 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

During construction, mail delivery and rubbish pick-up will not be interrupted.  On garbage collection day, the Contractor will pick up the garbage at your home at 7:00 A.M.  During construction, please have your garbage out to your sidewalk by this time. Please put your garbage out in bags only.  Recycling will be suspended within the construction area during the project.

If you are within the construction area and have a sprinkler system between the sidewalk and curb, please call Stephen Pangori at 586-726-1234 as-soon-as possible and please mark your sprinkler heads in this area before October 8th.  This will allow the contractor to remove the heads and lines from the construction area before work begins to avoid unnecessary damage to your system.  Your system will be reinstalled during restoration of the project.  We also ask that you turn off any zone on your system that is within 20 feet of the street.

The City of St. Clair wishes to apologize in advance of the impending construction for any inconvenience it may cause you and hopes, with your cooperation, to complete the construction in a timely manner.
