Steven Ellery appointed Ward 3 councilmember

Welcome Steven “Steve” Ellery to the St. Clair City Council.  Mr. Ellery was unanimously appointed at the August 15th regular City Council meeting. He will complete the remainder of the term which expires December 31, 2016.
