The St. Clair Police Department is on duty 24 hours a day seven days a week to serve and protect the City of St. Clair. Our open office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
If you need to contact the department call 329-5710 for non-emergency calls. For after hours visitors, a call box is installed at the front entrance of City Hall (west side) that will connect you direcly with St. Clair County Dispatch. ALL EMERGENCIES CALL 911.
To assist officers in their investigation of non-emergency calls, please contact us while the incident is in progress, or as soon as possible afterward. Do not wait to report it at a later time.
The St. Clair Police Department uses Cable Channel 6 and local radio stations to broadcast public emergencies or snow emergencies.
Our Police Secretary is a notary public, and is responsible for processing gun registrations. She is available from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
