Waste Management’s seasonal service of collecting Yard Waste always runs on or following April 1st to the last service day on or prior to November 30 of each year.

Yard Waste must be in marked containers or yard waste bags for Waste Management to collect.

City service of FALL leaf pick up will begin as determined by DPW and will continue as long as weather permits. Your service date is based on your address. Please click here to view the Leaf Collection Map.

*Please rake leaves to the curb and remove from designated paper yard waste bags .

Streetlight out?

DTE Energy’s Community Lighting program has an online reporting tool to make it easy to get your streetlights shining bright again. The following website leads directly to the DTE online street light reporting tool. It’s that easy!  https://outage.dteenergy.com/outdoor-lights

If online communication is not preferred, call the St. Clair Police Department non-emergency line  at 329-5710 with the cross streets of the outage. The police department has access to the exact pole number that needs repair and will provide that information to DTE.

**The repair of streetlights is completed entirely by DTE.
