The City of St. Clair Fiscal year is October 1 through September 30. Per Charter, the annual budget will be approved by City Council at a regular City Council meeting no later than the 30th of September.

The 2024-2025 budget was approved by City Council at a regular City Council meeting Tuesday,  September 3, 2024 and is effective as of October 1, 2024.
