Scholarship Fund

The St. Clair County Organized Recreation For Everyone (S.C.O.R.E) fund provides scholarships for St. Clair County children and families that would like to participate in recreation programs but lack the funds.   This is a collaborate effort with the City of St. Clair, Marine City, Marysville and Port Huron Recreation Departments. 

Matching fund donations accepted by mail: Community Foundation of St. Clair County – 516 McMorran Blvd, Port Huron, MI 48060.  Make checks payable to the Community Foundation of St. Clair County c/o: S.C.O.R.E or contact Trice Hawkins, City of St. Clair Recreation Director for more information 329-7121.

Support Michigan by checking YES for a Recreation Passport- As of Oct. 1st 2010 the $10 “Michigan Recreation Passport” replaced the Motor Vehicle permit for access into all Michigan State Parks, recreation areas and boat launches. To get the Recreation Passport, Michigan residents can check “YES” on their license plate renewal forms. The  Recreation Passport also helps preserve forest campgrounds and trails, historic and cultural sites in state parks and local parks.
