Join us for the Chili-heart 5K run and 2 Mile walk on Saturday, February 11th in St Clair. This event is put on by the East China Educational Foundation to benefit ECSD students. All events will start at St Clair Middle School. Race day registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. -8:30 a.m. (Note: race day registration entry fee is $30; cash or check only) Special awards will be given to overall winners. All runners will receive a medal. Awards will be given to top finishers in each age division. All participants will receive a cup of chili or soup after the race! Race will NOT be canceled due to weather.
The East China Educational Foundation is an endowment fund set up through and managed by the Community Foundation of St. Clair County to benefit East China School District students. The endowment fund is for enrichment programs such as, after-school activities, special science and math events, fine arts programs or any project that will enhance the education of ECSD students. The East China Educational Foundation’s fund is an investment in the future of our children.
