Boil Water alert LIFTED 2/6/2023: Goffe Street between Laura and Palmer
As of approximately 8:30am 2/6/2023, the boil water alert has been lifted. City employees are going door to door to notify affected residents and provide more information. Please call the Water Plant @329-5276 with questions.
The Water Main break from earlier today, 2/3/2023, has been repaired but as a precaution homes on Goffe Street between Laura and Palmer are issued a Boil Water alert until further notice. This boil water notice shall remain in effect until results from the sampling verify the water is safe to drink. Customers will be advised when the boil water advisory has been lifted.
Approx: 8:00am 2/3/23: A broken water main that affects the area on Goffe street between Laura and Palmer has been reported. Repair is currently taking place and the website will be updated upon completion. Residents in that area should be aware there may be a decrease in water pressure.
If you experience discolored water, please run the faucet until clear. It it also suggested to postpone laundry until flushing has been completed. There is NO boil water notice necessary at this time 9:14am 11/10/21
